With over 30 years of experience in leadership, personal development, and creative problem-solving, my work helps men tap into their unique strengths, values, and identity to achieve personal and professional success.


    My journey began as a classroom educator and sports coach, where I honed my skills in building teams, fostering camaraderie, and strategic thinking.


    From there, I ventured into the creative realm as a graphic and web designer before steering my career toward research, facilitation, and inspirational leadership training.


    Today, I specialize in guiding men to become ‘Branded Men’—individuals who lead with vision, confidence, and purpose.


    Besides coaching, I’m the author of Hero Unleashed, a transformative book designed to help men understand the 10 core attributes of exceptional leadership.


    Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the vibrant energy of Southern California, where you’ll often find me enjoying sporting activities or spending quality time with my family.
